2. Digital Products
Moonpath Digital’s Canva templates and digital resources are sold through our Etsy shop at moonpathdigital.etsy.com. All products sold are digital — no physical items will be shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content only. Consulting services are booked directly through this website and are governed by these Terms.
3. Account Registration
Purchases of digital products are processed through Etsy and are subject to Etsy’s Terms of Use and account requirements. For consulting services booked directly through our website, you may be required to provide contact information and complete an intake process before services begin.
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. For digital product purchases, payment is processed through Etsy at the time of purchase. For consulting services, payment is due at the time of booking as specified on our consulting page. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
5. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment through Etsy, digital products will be made available for immediate download or access through your Etsy account. Delivery is considered complete when the digital product is available for download or access. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@moonpathdigital.com before opening a case on Etsy.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the inability to return digital items, all Etsy sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, don’t hesitate to get in touch with hello@moonpathdigital.com and we will work to resolve it. Consulting services are non-refundable once booked. Please review our full consulting cancellation policy on our consulting page before booking.
7. License to Use
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or organizational purposes, as specified in the product description. Standard purchases are licensed for use by the purchasing organization only. If you intend to use our templates for client work, a separate Commercial License is required and available for purchase in our Etsy shop.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All digital products, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, and content, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our digital products except as expressly permitted under your purchased license.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website, digital products, or consulting services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might damage, disable, or impair our service or reputation.

Your use of our website and purchase of digital products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Consulting Services
Consulting services offered by Moonpath Digital, including the Strategy Orbit and the Moonpath Intensive, are subject to the terms outlined on our consulting page. All consulting services are non-refundable. Consulting deliverables are created specifically for each client and remain the intellectual property of CNM Creative, LLC until payment is received in full.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our digital products and consulting services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our digital products or services will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our digital products or consulting services.
